We want you to be completely happy with your website order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept items for exchange, refund or merchandise credit within 7 days, accompanied by a sales receipt. Please allow 3-5 weeks for the processing of your return. You will be responsible for any shipping charges associated with the return of the merchandise. If returned between 7 and 21 days, an exchange or merchandise credit will be granted. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment except cash purchases, which will be refunded by company check. All returns must be unaltered, unworn and in saleable condition. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags. Please note used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective. No exchange, refund or merchandise credit will be applied for orders returned after 21 days from the date of purchase. Please note that our website’s return policy is different from our in-store purchase policy. Some other exclusions may apply.
If you should experience the need for repair on any Sanjay Kasliwal item please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please reference your Name, Address, Order Number and Repair Issue. You will be provided a Repair Authorization Number which must be clearly labeled on the package.
We will repair at no charge any breakage caused by manufacturer defect within 21 days of receipt of purchase. Repairs needed after 21 days or deemed to be caused by misuse will incur a repair charge at the customer’s expense. Repairs will be assessed on an individual basis.
Our Repairs Processing Center only accepts repairs for items purchased on our website. Repairs for items purchased at one of our retail locations must be returned through the original point of purchase and cannot be accepted through the website’s Returns Processing Center.

Any merchandise purchased in a store should be returned at the store where it was purchased. All items returned should comply with our in-store return policy. Please ask our store sales assistants for a copy or explanation of our in-store return policy.
Prices are subject to change at any time. If an item’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge you the lower amount when your order is shipped. If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, contact you for instructions before shipping. If we are unable to contact you after 15 days we will cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Sanjay Kasliwal may refuse to fulfill an order should the purchaser fail to provide adequate payment guarantees or should the order be incomplete, incorrect, or should the product in question not be in stock. Gift Card Terms and Conditions
The Sanjay Kasliwal gift card is available at Sanjay Kasliwal boutiques in any amount from $100 to $10,000. Gift Cards are available for purchase online in pre-set denominations. Gift cards may be redeemed only at Sanjay Kasliwal boutiques or online for purchases within the U.S. Not redeemable at Americana Manhasset, department stores, or specialty stores. Not redeemable for cash or credit except where required by law. For questions or card balance, please email us at email@example.com. Sanjay Kasliwal is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
Sales tax will not be applied when you purchase a gift card. If merchandise items are included in your order, tax will only apply to merchandise items. Gift cards will be shipped via FedEx and will require a signature upon delivery.
Sanjay Kasliwal shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the State of New York. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes
You may cancel any Sanjay Kasliwal order as long as the order status is “in process.” If order status is “shipped,” it cannot be canceled.
